Already March 1!
How has two months of this year already passed?? I can’t say I’ve made zero progress, though the scale hasn’t moved, I have still made changes that count towards my goals so Cheers to that!
This month I plan to blog every day here. Small posts, food pictures or inspirational reblogs to keep this part of my journey in my mind and start making the same progress with getting fit and finding balance.
Part of finding balance is getting in touch with myself and further learning who I am and what makes me happy. I’ve found a journal prompt list for weekly writing for self discovery, I’m going to start these this week as well. I want to find some healthy new recipes to try and get back to yoga this month too.
2018 is my year.
I want to show people who are new to this that it is okay to fail and that doesn’t define you.
